Eric Warner's The Groyne

Oceans are my home – be it surfing local beaches in Southern California or traveling to far-off places such as Australia, New Zealand or Costa Rica. Always in search of perfect waves and perfect rides. Wanting to keep these moments and places alive has resulted in my growing appreciation for photography and the opportunity to capture my travels on film. These photos share a few of the special surf spots I have been lucky enough to experience in my lifetime. I am currently on my last year at Cal State University San Marcos majoring in Art & Technology.

"The week before we headed to this area, there had been tornadoes and intense weather. After the storm passed, the wind switched and another southerly started to come in. New Zealand is paradise for those of us who live in the concrete jungle. Wonderful people, great waves, and miles upon miles of coastline allows for endless opportunities."
